Hi I’m Michelle, Following months of a painful and debilitating back which culminated in spinal surgery leading to pain for two and a half years and a relatively lengthy rehabilitation process, I decided to swap my successful career in merchandising for finding out more about my own situation and, in the process, learning how to help others in a similar situation.
I am interested in sports people in general and have a special interest in triathletes. The interest lies in the triple level of stresses that these individuals put themselves under when they train and compete. Therefore, making evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation is a skill that I have honed to an art.
I offer Osteopathic treatments, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Scar therapy, Dry needling, Kinesio taping as well as Vitamin B12 & D Injections.
To satisfy the code of ethics and standards, I am fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOSC) and fully insured with the institute of Osteopathy. By law, I am also committed to continuing professional development.

Hi, I’m Celine, I am the principal Osteopath at CD Osteopathy. I graduated with an Integrative Masters degree from the European school of Osteopathy in 2014. I have always been keen in helping others and having received Osteopathic treatments as a child, I developed a passion in wanting to become an osteopath myself and help as many patients as I can. Since I graduated, i gained a lot of experience by practicing as Osteopath in Kent in three different Osteopathic clinics. I then decided to settle in Southend-On-Sea and build the practice which I have done since 2016.
I am a keen runner, I love sports and I am also a mum of two little ones: Oliver and Emily
As a fully qualified and registered Osteopath, I use osteopathic techniques such as manipulations, articulations, soft tissue massage and stretching, as well as cranial osteopathic treatments, in order to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and health problems with the aim of helping recovery and preventing further occurrences. I provide treatment and care for people of all ages from newborns to the elderly, as well as pregnant women, sports people, athletes, office and manual workers. It’s important to me that once patients are much better, to give some advice or exercises to prevent the problem from happening again. As i say to my patient a lot: prevention is better than cure!
I am also a qualified sport and exercise nutritional advisor so i can offer some nutritional advice alongside my treatments to help sport people aim higher in their training and performances.
